Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours of scheduled start time are subject to a fee that is 50% of the service. No-shows or cancellations within twenty four hours of the appointment will be charged in full. I cannot fill appointment slots that have late cancellations, for this reason I must charge a cancellation fee.
